High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, together with BDT & MSD Partners and River Street Partners, have launched pre-leasing at 700 River in Austin, Texas. The 377-unit residential tower, located at 700 River Street in Austin’s Rainey District, is open for hard-hat tours and plans to welcome its first residents in October.
