ShipBob, a leading global supply chain and fulfillment platform, will occupy 301,826 square feet in Building E, while a global e-commerce accelerator will take 288,576 square feet in Building D.

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, has broken ground on York County Trade Center, a 376,000-square-foot, cross-dock, Class-A warehouse in Carroll Township, Pennsylvania, about two hours east of Philadelphia. The project, located on 35 acres, is expected to be delivered by April 2026.
