(“Mar-Gulf”) and MDI Capital, LLC (“MDI”), the international real estate subsidiaries of Kuwait Financial Centre (“Markaz”), have broken ground on VanRose Technology Center, a speculative, cross-dock, 303,969-square-foot logistics building in Hillsboro, Oregon, approximately 20 miles west of Portland. The project is scheduled to deliver by July 2026.
