MidAtlantic Market Leader
Serving North Carolina since 1974
The TCC Charlotte team is part of TCC’s MidAtlantic operations and develops throughout the Carolinas.
TCC first entered the North Carolina market in 1974 and has developed some of Charlotte’s most iconic buildings, such as Hearst Tower, now Truist Center, at 214 North Tryon Street and IJL Financial Center, now Fifth Third Center, at 201 North Tryon Street.
Since reopening the Charlotte office in October 2023, the team’s primary focus is sourcing and executing development opportunities across a variety of product types, including industrial, data center, mixed-use, and multifamily, the latter through TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential.
Recent projects in the Charlotte area include Metro 63 Logistics Center, a 755,928-square-foot speculative industrial project in Kannapolis, North Carolina.
