The TCC Raleigh team is part of TCC’s MidAtlantic operations and develops throughout the Research Triangle region.
TCC first entered the North Carolina market in 1974 and had developed 69 projects since that time. The team is actively engaged in sourcing and developing projects across a variety of sectors, including industrial, office, mixed-use and multifamily (through TCC’s High Street Residential subsidiary). Recent deliveries include 400H, a trophy office and luxury high-rise tower in downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District.

The four-story, 370-unit residential community will be located in Apex, North Carolina, a suburb of Raleigh and one of the fastest-growing and most desirable cities in the country. The garden-style apartment project is expected to deliver by late 2026.
