Based in Raleigh, the TCC North Carolina team is part of TCC’s MidAtlantic operations and develops throughout the Tar Heel state.
TCC first entered the North Carolina market in 1974 and developed 67 projects through 2013. Our team unofficially re-entered the market in 2017 and formalized operations, opening an office in 2021. Our team is actively engaged in sourcing and developing a variety of development projects throughout the state, including Raleigh/Durham and Charlotte. We have deep expertise working across a variety of property sectors, including industrial, residential, mixed-use and multifamily (through TCC’s High Street Residential subsidiary).
