Some of TCC San Francisco’s recent developments include 200 Twin Dolphin in Redwood Shores (a 230,000-square-foot best in class office/life science project), One Meadow Glen in Millbrae (a Class A 278 unit multifamily project with 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail) and Cochrane Tech Center (a 500,000-square-foot five-building industrial campus in Morgan Hill).
