Phase III consists of two Class-A industrial buildings located at 14311 and 14281 Fallbrook Drive in Cypress, Texas.

Set on 92 acres in Fort Bend County, the master-planned development includes 1,350,627 square feet of industrial space. The project broke ground in August 2024.

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), has delivered Rone Residences, a 12-story, 209-unit luxury multifamily community located in Houston’s River Oaks/Upper Kirby neighborhood. Located at 2311 Westheimer Road, the development broke ground in January of 2023.
